  3. Use the scroll bar to see the text are out of the page's view. This scroll bar is not available because this page contains no text outsided of the window's borders.

  7. To scroll text a little a time, press one of the scroll arrows. To scroll by the pageful, click in the gray bar. To scroll to another part of the page, drag the scroll box.
